I offer personalized Telehealth counseling for women, drawing on my training in EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health. Together, we’ll explore your needs, identify your goals, and work at a pace that feels right for you.
Session Options
Services are currently self-pay while insurance credentialing is underway. Insurance options will be shared as participation is approved.
Upon request, I can provide a Superbill, which is a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of- network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed. Please contact your insurer to confirm your benefits.
All sessions are offered through Telehealth. Limited sliding-scale appointments are available based on financial need.

A brief introductory conversation to discuss what you’re looking for, answer questions about services and fees, and explore whether we’re a good fit. This consultation is not a therapy session.
60-minute counseling session
A supportive space to explore your experiences, navigate current challenges, and build tools that support your emotional well-being. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may focus on childhood trauma, pregnancy, postpartum, relationship, or life transitions with motherhood.

90- minute EMDR session
Price: $180
An extended session using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to address distress connected to difficult experiences. Depending on your needs and readiness, sessions may include preparation, coping skills, or memory processing, with time to feel grounded before we finish.
